Tips for your new home.

I hope you've been having a blast getting settled into your new home.  Now that the boxes are all unpacked, are you taking a look around, and trying to figure out how to make your home "your own"? 

One great way to really settle into a house is to "green it up".  We've all been taking steps to live more green lifestyles, and we've prepared two articles on how you can make environmentally friendly changes to your home.  It's always good to be green, and you may even save some money in the process! I also wanted to quickly mention our referral webpage.  If you have a friend or family member who is looking into their mortgage options, we'd love to chat with them.  We can help them understand their options, figure out how much they can afford, find the best rate, and set them up with the right plan.
